Returns and exchanges:
We accept returns.

For returns:
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not normally accept order cancellations, but please contact us if you change your mind about an order.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Please ensure you have the correct measurements and size before ordering clothing or shoes.

Complaints:
When you shop at Mollyrosenhoney.dk, you have a 24-month right of complaint in the event of manufacturing defects.
If you have been unlucky enough to receive a defective item, please contact us immediately by email:

describing the defect and attaching photos of the item and the defect.
If the defect is approved, we will remedy the defect either through repair, a price reduction, or return.
The item must then be sent to mollyrosenhoney.dk within 14 days.
As the supplier of the defective item must be contacted, it may take some time to process the complaint, as the supplier is entitled to remedy the defect in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Complaints can only be made about defects that were present on the item upon receipt, and not defects that have arisen due to incorrect use or wear and tear of the item.
