Returns:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Contact us by email at mollyrosenhoney@gmail.com if you wish to return your order within 30 days of delivery or if you are having issues with your order.

Remember to include your order number when contacting us by email so we can locate your order in our system.

Make sure to measure correctly and choose the right size before ordering clothing or shoes.


Cancel your order:

If you’ve placed an order but have changed your mind, you can cancel your order
within 14 days.

When you shop at Mollyrosenhoney, production of the item begins immediately after the order is received.
There is then a 2–4 week delivery time, during which the item, immediately after it has been produced,
is shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.

The item may therefore already have reached the customer while the cancellation period is still in effect.

The right of cancellation applies to both the entire order and parts of the order.

If an order is canceled and it is already on its way to the customer, the customer must not accept the package upon its arrival.
Mollyrosenhoney will then redirect the order.

If the package is accepted by the customer after the cancellation process has been initiated, the item must not be unpacked,
but must be sent to Mollyrosenhoney’s address in Denmark. The customer is responsible for shipping and shipping costs. A refund for the order will be issued no later than 3 days after the package is received.

Cancel the order within 14 days of placing it by clicking the “Cancel your order within 14 days” button in your order confirmation email.
Then, on the 'Cancel your order' form below, indicate that you are canceling the order and specify the order number. Please also state the reason why you wish to cancel the order.
Mollyrosenhoney will then initiate the cancellation process.

Warranty:

When you shop at Mollyrosenhoney.dk, you have a 24-month right to file a complaint for manufacturing defects.

If you have unfortunately received a defective item, please contact us immediately via email:

Please describe the defect and attach photos of the item and the defect.

If the defect is confirmed, we will remedy the issue either through repair, a price reduction, or a return.
The item must then be shipped to mollyrosenhoney in Denmark within 14 days.

Since the supplier of the defective item must be contacted, processing may take some time, as the supplier has the right, under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, to remedy the defect.
Claims can only be made for defects that were present in the item upon receipt,
and not for defects that have arisen due to misuse of the item or wear and tear.
